Joining a Peer Support Group offers a unique opportunity to connect with others who understand your experiences, providing mutual support and fostering a sense of belonging. It's a safe space to share, learn, and grow together, empowering you to navigate challenges with the strength of a supportive community. That's why we're excited to expand our reach to West Cork with two fantastic Peer Support Groups. Whether you're local or just visiting, why not drop by the Bridge Street Café Peer Support Group in Bantry, where community spirit thrives in a cosy, welcoming atmosphere? Alternatively, connect with like-minded peers at the Skibbereen Family Resource Centre, a hub of support and understanding. Each group provides a safe space to share experiences, gain strength, and foster connections. Discover the power of community in Bantry and Skibbereen. For more information on the Peer Groups, please see the poster attached.

As you prepare to sit your Junior and Leaving Certificate exams, we at the Kerry Peer Support Network want to wish you the very best of luck! Remember, while these exams are important, they do not define you as a person.

Exam stress is natural, but don't let it overwhelm you. Here are some tips to help you manage:

- Take Regular Breaks: Studying for long hours without breaks can be counterproductive. Short breaks can help refresh your mind.

- Stay Active: Physical activity can reduce stress and improve your mood.

- Sleep Well: A good night’s sleep can enhance memory and concentration.

- Stay Hydrated and Eat Healthily: Your brain needs fuel to function at its best.

- Talk About It: Share your worries with friends, family, or a support network.

Remember, no matter the outcome, you have many paths to success ahead of you. Good luck!
