WRAP® Seminar III – Advanced Level Facilitation (ALF) & Recertification Training

ConnectWell is pleased to offer WRAP® Seminar III, an Advanced Level Facilitator Training programme for experienced WRAP® Facilitators who have:

• Completed WRAP® Seminar II Training within the last two years, and

• Co-facilitated two or more WRAP® Level 1 Workshops.

This 3-day training builds on facilitation skills and reinforces the core WRAP® values, ethics, and best practices essential to delivering effective workshops. Participants will deepen their understanding of WRAP® and gain the knowledge and confidence to mentor and support new Facilitators on their journey.

Skibbereen Peer Support Group – Same Group-New Day!

We’re delighted to share that our Skibbereen Peer Support Group is changing its meeting day from Tuesdays to Thursdays, starting Thursday, 16th November 2025.

🗓 New Day: Every second Thursday (fortnightly)

📍 Where: Skibbereen Community & Family Resource Centre, P81 ND89

⏰ Time: 2:00pm – 4:15pm

Everything else remains the same – same place, and the same supportive, non-judgemental space to connect, share, or simply listen.

Everyone 18+ is welcome. No referral or appointment needed.
