ConnectWell and IRD Duhallow are now taking expressions of interest for training to become a Peer Leader with the new Mental Health Peer Support Group being established soon in Newmarket, Co. Cork.

You don’t need to be an expert or have all the answers. Peer support is about people coming together as equals, sharing understanding and creating a welcoming space for one another. Full training and ongoing support will be provided, and you’ll be part of a team — you won’t be doing it alone.
